I called ahead, and while they explained that they were already fully booked for the day and could not make any promises, they assured me they would do everything they could to help. Fortunately for me, that dealership was LeBrun Nissan.

They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and make what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to navigate. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest advice and outstanding customer service.

Phil made the entire process run smoothly, from helping me understand everything involved in purchasing a vehicle in New York to making sure it could be properly registered in Connecticut. And last but certainly not least, it was great meeting Sky. His positive attitude, great personality, and welcoming nature added to the experience and made me feel like more than just another customer walking through the door.
